Soulbrain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has established a compliance management system and established anti-corruption and compliance management to realize the values pursued by the Company and fulfill its social responsibility, and has established and implemented the following ‘Compliance Management Policy’.

The Company and its employees shall comply with all applicable compliance obligations and internal regulations, including domestic and international anti-corruption laws and regulations, and shall place compliance obligations as the top priority in performing their duties and strive to comply with them.

Employees shall not solicit or accept any improper requests, money, entertainment, or bribes to stakeholders in performing their duties, and shall not engage in any corrupt or illegal acts.

The Company shall establish and operate a compliance management system that complies with global standards and continuously improve it, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Company’s compliance goals.

If employees become aware of any violations of laws and internal regulations related to their work, they shall report them to the Company without delay, and the Company shall protect the reporter by ensuring confidentiality and prohibiting any form of retaliation.

In order to effectively manage compliance, the company grants the compliance manager all responsibility and authority related to compliance and guarantees independence.

If an employee violates matters related to this policy (laws, internal regulations, compliance obligations, etc.), the company may take disciplinary action in accordance with internal regulations.

All employees must clearly understand and comply with the compliance management policy and the work procedures of the compliance management system when performing their respective duties, and based on this, the company achieves sustainable growth by coexisting with various stakeholders through fair trade relationships.
