The Online Whistleblower Channel is a place to report unethical behavior of our employees in dealings with our company, as well as unethical behavior of our employees within the company, and is open to both employees and outsiders.

Scope of Reports
1. Reports are categorized into three types. Please select the relevant type when submitting your report.
Process
  • Registration
    Your report has been received.
  • Review the report
    The review process includes a general review of the report and checking with the relevant department. If it is difficult to start an investigation or if it is not subject to investigation, it may be excluded from the investigation.
  • Initiate investigation
    Based on your report, the department in charge will initiate an investigation. If additional information is required, the person in charge may contact you via the contact information you left and the 'Check processing results' menu, so please check back periodically.
  • Completion of the investigation
    The investigation will be conducted in accordance with the internal investigation process, and the investigation will be closed after verifying the facts.
  • Confirmation of the result
    You can check the results of the investigation via the contact information you left and the 'Check processing results' menu.
Precautions when reporting
  • If the information provided is inaccurate or fact-checking is difficult, it will be difficult to initiate an investigation, so when reporting, please describe the content in detail in accordance with the 5W1H.
  • Please refrain from reporting false or exaggerated reports or malicious slander of the subject, as this may result in disadvantages for the relevant employee.
    In such cases, the investigation may not proceed according to the internal investigation process.
  • Anonymous reports with unclear or non-specific grounds may be terminated without prior notice.
  • Please refrain from reporting content that is unrelated to the purpose of the Online Whistleblower Channel or articles containing advertising content.
  • In the case of reports that require urgent processing due to the nature of the report, they may be processed with the highest priority according to the internal investigation process.
  • Please exercise caution when registering your ID and password, as we do not provide a separate re-authentication procedure in case of loss.
  • Rewards may be paid for reports qualifying for compensation in accordance with our internal regulations.
Whistleblower Protection System We are committed to protecting the identity of the whistleblower, including confidentiality and prohibition of retaliation.
  • The company guarantees confidentiality of the whistleblower and the content of the report related to a legitimate report and will not allow the whistleblower to be discriminated against or disadvantaged due to the report.
  • Those who cooperate in fact-finding during the whistleblower investigation will receive the same protection.
  • If a violation is discovered through a report, the sanctions against the whistleblower may be reduced or exempted.
  • A whistleblower who has suffered discrimination or disadvantage due to a report may request protective measures and relief for the disadvantage from Soulbrain's Human Resources Team or the Audit Div. and the responsible department will take measures to minimize the damage.
